APU Inlet & Exhaust Repair
One of our most innovating programs involves extensive capabilities for the APU intake and exhaust silencer systems on the Embraer E170/E190 and De Havilland Dash 8 Q400 aircraft.
For intake assemblies we offer re-bonding of deteriorated flow dividers as well as replacement of damaged acoustic mesh. Specifically for the E170/E190 intake, our method of re-securing of the flow dividers is superior to the OEM adhesive bond.
For exhaust silencers systems we offer complete replacement of the Feltmetal acoustic skins and sheet metal weld and riveted repairs for cracks and chafing.
